INTRODUCTION TO OBTAINING A QUOTE:
As an insurance broker we act on your behalf and in your best interests. We do not act on behalf of the insurer. We are your agent and not that of the insurer.

In order to provide a premium indication for your office insurance, certain information is required. The form asks a number of basic questions from which we will be able to provide an indication of premium and make recommendations.

When you are satisfied with the selected extent of insurance required there will be another set of questions to respond thereby completing the underwriting requirements of the insurer selected by you.

A final submission will be made to your nominated insurer to confirm the premium and the issuing of an Interim Contract (Cover Note) pending the payment of the premium. You will receive an invoice setting out the extent of cover and the total premium cost including details of fees charged. A Policy Wording will be provided together with a Product Disclosure Statement. Once you have paid the premium you will receive the insurer’s confirmation Schedule of Insurance. At your option, documents may be supplied electronically or through standard mail services.
